Ballard:

--- Quote from: Inlander on 26 Feb 2009, 00:11 ---Doesn't this basically mean "it's good music to ignore"? "It's good music for when you want to sleep, or for when you need to concentrate really hard on something other than the music"? Just because you're doing a thing doesn't mean you need to soundtrack it, man.

--- End quote ---

I'm just politely implying that I find most post-rock boring. Boring music during sex is even less enjoyable than at any other time.

pwhodges:
It seems to me that if you are aware of music at all during sex you're doing something wrong...

Big Happy Captain:
i agree, ive never actually LISTENED to the music playing, i only notice when the album has finished.

i guess music is good for foreplay more than anything else.

Ballard:
It depends on what you mean by "aware". If you find yourself listening to the lyrics, then you may have a problem. But in my personal experience, it can create a nice ambiance that I'm partially aware of.

Inlander:
Besides, how is anyone supposed to apply the rhythm method if there's no beat to latch onto???
