I think the dates were chosen because later in August was not possible for some people. I don't remember why we didn't go earlier.

Liz:
We didn't go earlier because Jon was complaining about people not being able to save enough money after Bostoncon, but nobody really went to that. So there goes that reason.

We totally went to Bostoncon.

Liz:
Yeah, but not as many as he was hoping for, I think.
