Thats a really good question. Today that was on my agenda but then there was snow. Perhaps in Fargo you can function in snow, but you cannot function in snow in DC. You just don't.

Oh, I am totally in on the mansion idea. I just think we should go for a nice, cheap mansion rather than an expensive one with the dubious bonus of fishing. Then again I don't know anything about the value of dollars so I leave it all up to you and will believe you :-)
