OK we need some definitive numbers.
The Attendance List was last updated on the 25th so it shouldn't be that out of date. If you are not in the correct category, or not on there at all, please let someone know. The best thing might be to PM Liz so that she doesn't miss anything.
A new list will begin now: The Accommodation List.
If you are definitely without a doubt up for staying in a group in Chicago and want to pay an equal share of whatever we decide to book, please say so.
If you have alternative requirements, please also say that.
If you have a specific request or a great idea, please say that.
Edith has booked this house for Friday, 31st July to Tuesday, 4th August. That is four nights, and anyone who wishes to be in on this deal would be asked to pay an equal share of the cost regardless of how long they stay there.
A definitive list of who is staying in the House and who is not will be posted to the first page for ease of reference.
