Hipster Move-in Checklist.

It isn't a widespread thing? I know people exactly like this, the only thing different is the place names. How on Earth could Vice Magazine and MGMT make any money at all if this wasn't a widespread thing?
On another note, does anybody here (except for myself) positively self-identify as a hipster? I know it's a fairly common thing to say that "Hipsterism is Other People" but- if forced to put myself within some sub-cultural category- I would have to say I fit the hipster stereotype. I wear flannel, ironic t-shirts, tight jeans, expensive and impractical sneakers, black-rimmed glasses. I am interested in the independent/DIY aesthetic. I go to "hipster" nightclubs. I post here. Am I the only one who actually owns up to it?
