Same here. I lulzed. I liked the random effect of how he grew a tumor and it spurt into blood while his face fell off and he went `awesome` with a grim frown despite nothing bad having happened except for being told he was already dead, but he obviously wasn`t, maybe he is now.

 I guess it is good that you think it is funny, but it is lame that you don't recognize it as a Fist Of The North Star reference.
