Any good advice on how to find games where noobs won't be hated?

Can you play team fortress single player? This is new to me.

Also, steam is stupid and won't let me download "right now". Stupid steam.

I don't know what servers you play on. I don't get any of that crap.

Scandanavian War Machine:
strangely enough, the people that usually play TF2 on the 360 are usually pretty nice to "noobs" and generally not representative of the douche-bag majority on XBL.
