I would not wear them on the street.
Places I may wear them:
To a concert while being dressed up in a suit.
To a party with friends, we will all have a good laugh and make a kanye west joke
Any youtube video. Maybe I can be an internet celebrity.

Places I won't wear them:
Out and about as if they are part of my regular fashion and not something I am doing for a specific reason.
To bed.
