When I worked QA on ATI's mac team I got to play with all the macs before they were released. Who wants to play with the latest mac tower that isn't yet released with souped up graphics cards that we are testing with running two 30" cinema displays at the same time? Those were the days, those were the days. Besides the fact that I lived in an place that totally sapped my life force. Incidentally that is why I am here now.
Also I got to disassemble iMacs sometimes and discovered they were putting cameras in them before that was announced. Apple actually shipped us iMacs with the cameras disabled in old iMac casings so we couldn't actually see the camera! Most prototypes actually just came in nondescript metal cases anyways.
Also I got to play with Mac's photoboth software before any of you did, so everytime you see a silly thing being done with the effects that I have actually done it first. In the interests of thorough testing.
