Don't Pink Flamingoes, Bad Taste and Meet the Feebles all have pretty sizable cult followings among both fans of schlock and some critics?

And I've never heard a bad thing about Heavenly Creatures (which, like Feebles and Bad Taste, is pre-LOTR Peter Jackson).

Yeah, but that doesn't mean they can't still be good bad movies (a lot of cult films are, but it's not a prereq).

And Heavenly Creatures is the most recent entry in the AV Club's "new cult canon", so yeah, It's generally well regarded.
