Is it cold in here?:
I think "Be just friends" is a good idea for her. It worked before. He was an honest but supportive person when she needed someone to talk to, and a good movie snarkbuddy. It's possible to recover to "just friends" after a detour like they've had, and awkward though it is to do so, it is still emotionally safer than re-attempting something sexual.

Be just friends by default, and if Sven wants to talk, let him talk.

iono it is hard to be friends with someone you've pumped your man juices into.

Steer well clear. And they can't 'get back together,' they never were together really.... there might be more drunken hookups until one of them finds somebody, but they're not right for each other.
