And what would be your super powers?

3 powers? wow, way to make it easy. Most defensive or even trasportation powers could be used as an offensive - especially if you combine them with above average martial arts.
That being said I wouldn't complain if I got all three.
Offensive: Mind controll
Defensive : Invisbility
Transport: Line of Sight teleportation
As to if I'd be good or evil I'd probably start out, a sort of selfish heading to evil (petty theft, using people to get what I want) but if it came down to a choice between fighting the supervillain and joining him then I'd chose good - though I would still have somewhat lackluster morals.

Offensive: I would basically just like to be able to blow shit up with my mind.
Defensive: Force Fields!
Transport: Flight or Teleportation.
Honestly, I think I'd probably be more of a superhero type, but with a side of self-interest and general dickery. I'd just go by Captain Awesome.

Offense: Gravity manipulation. I like the idea of being able to drive someone into the ceiling at will and then deciding maybe I'd just rather they collapse upon themselves. I don't care if you're Pre-Crisis Supes, that kinda thing will ruin your weekend.
Defense: Precognition, intuitive understanding of probabilities. Get them before they get you. Ridiculous when combined with travel choice.
Transportation: Teleportation. Overpowered wrapped up in a big pile of ridiculousness.
I want to be one of those irritating neutral parties that forbids super heroes from doing all sorts of shit because it would muck up the universe and then changes his mind later. Like Uatu but a snappier dresser.
