I'm pretty sure it says "Sigh". I deduce this from the fact that the image is called "sigh-band.jpg", and furthermore the fact that if you squint it looks like it says "Sigh".

Sigh is a pretty wussy name for a band, guys.

So is KISS.

KISS at least has the benefit of being an acronym; what the hell would SIGH stand for?

Also, KISS were a terrible band, so that doesn't bode well for our winsomely sighing friends up there.
