Diplomacy (update: live game Saturday?)

<< < (18/19) > >>

Dazed:
I'll join once Russia finalizes our old game and you win, I don't have the points to get in right now.

Slick:
My bad, I'll make a cheaper one.

edit: game closed

Slick:
Go time in 79 minutes. I'm going to trash the link after the game starts this time because having someone join in turn two was a little unfair to some people's turn one moves last time.

Slick:
Is anyone interested in playing a live game of diplomacy this Saturday? We can set the turn phases to be as brief as we like, say, fifteen or twenty minutes, and sit down and play the game as if we were actually playing the game. There is a pause feature so if the games not resolved in an hour or two (or if someone has to go) we could pause it for a later date. What else are you going to be doing on a saturday morning anyways?

ADVANTAGES OF PLAYING DIPLOMACY LIVE ONLINE INSTEAD OF LIVE LIKE ALIVE:
-You don't need to get dressed
-You can do other things meanwhile (I intend to clean my kitchen and room)
-This involves little alteration to what I assume your early Saturdays are like anyways

Reply here and if we've got critical mass I'll set it up Saturday. Or another day if you guys feel like. I am EST/EDT time zone.

öde:
I'd need to go to work at about 18:30 GMT so it depends what time you'd be starting and how long it'd last.
