Phrases that we hear a lot that are really stupid

Just saying, "RIGHT?" enthusiastically is totally ok and actually makes sense

THOSE ARE THE SAME THINGS, ARE SYNONYMS, ARE DEFINED THE SAME WAY, AND ARE USED INTERCHANGEABLY.
