Wal-mart has recently stocked some good, cheap CD's that I am going ot buy a few of. I only had ten dollars and this one cost me 9, but they have a Best of Van Morrison for 5 dollars and I know only one song on it.

Bought Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space off Amazon for a couple bucks.  Been a while since I've bought an album without hearing it first, to be honest.
