Pesonally, I think Gilead vs. Dollface is a classic case of the safe pick vs. the sexy pick. Gilead is undoubtedly an asset to the community, but I think Dollface has the higher ceiling, in no small part because I wouldn't put it past him to put something on the boards that would horrify me. Also, Dollface once inspired Inlander to comment that Finns are like vodka soaked elves. But hey, if Gilead ever pulls a Khar and fearlessly burns a few bridges and then pisses on the ashes, all bets are off.
