Which TT+Mixer set should I buy?

Oy, folks. Following on the heels of Kvp's thread, you guys pretty much know everything.

I want Turntables, I want a mixer. I have records, but I want to have my own set in my bedroom so I can piss off my neighbors (weird, that's spelled neighbours where I'm from).

So, I was browsing the inter-tubes, and I found a pretty good deal on a pair of SL-1210s and a Behringer VMX100 + 200 (MORE) records here for 500 pounds.

I can't afford a really good mixer like the one I want ($899), and I certainly can't get 1200s new ($550).

Also, I found this nifty little entry level set, with the VMX100 + two Gemini TT01MK2s hyuh (DJkit.com seems to have good stuff) for about 196 pounds, and I like how Gemini's TTs look. I'm not too sure of their quality, but then again, I'm not DJ Q-Bert.

Sooo, it'd be nice if anyone who knew their way around the wax could help?

Yeah you are Jamaican right? Neighbour is the British/Canadian/presumably other former colonies spelling. Spell check will yell at you but it's OK.
