I find it kind of funny that people are comparing this flu to Spanish flu, the one that virtually wiped out most of Europe that was left after WW1?
Personally I can't help but think that almost an entire century later we have advanced enough to be able to cope with this, hells about 50 years ago we were still giving labotomies to children for being too "excuberent".

Goddamn I wasted my lame swine flu joke in the blog thread.
It is kind of interesting in that it's one of those things where I've literally walk past groups of people on the street talking about it.
