Happy Mother's Day, QC
allison:
Nothing is ever good enough for my mother and I have just come to accept that no matter what I do it will a) not be satisfactory or b) overshadowed by my brother - who is a jackass to everyone (especially my mother) on every day that is not a holiday. On holidays he is very good at doing things that make my mother get all weepy and sentimental, where my efforts go unnoticed (no matter how good they are).
I am not bitter though guys.
Blue Kitty:
Bought her two things of flowers, a card, did the dishes (which she usually has to drag me into doing), and mowed the back and the front yard.
Victorinia:
I wrote a song for my mom with my ten year old brothers, and made her Eggs Benedict.
Considering that both were kind of spur of the moment things, they turned out awesome. My poached eggs even came out well!
Radical AC:
I saw the movie Taken with my mom. They are doing a run of it at the nice old theater in town. Liam Neeson kills everyone.
