That is a Seriously Stupid Statement, and I don't understand how that could be fun at all. Part of the joy of music is sharing it and listening to it with other people.

I thought that it was to, the man was a dingbat though so I pretty much ignored any contribution he could have made. Also he wore a stupid hat and claimed it was better than mine, and he was an arsehole who actually believed what he was saying.

I tried to argue that he should at least try to like some music that isn't just from the local area, but then he compounded it by saying that anything that wasn't on an especially "independent" label had sold out, he didn't even like Weird al for petes sake, and when you are talking to that sort of music facist its better to just nod and walk away.

Anyway, sorry to sidetrack, have fun with the indie kids.

My dream indie boy/girl would be really well-mannered, snappy dresser, little bit clumsy, nerdish, good with calculus (because im not), can be taller than me (but not too much), holding hands in puplic places, likes hugging, dont do drugs, always up for trying new things (not sex things more like parashooting and stuff).
