I would like to second BMSR, Beulah and Beck.
I'd like to add the Avalanches (duuuuuuhhh), up in flames by Manitoba (now caribou, all snaith's stuff is wonderful for summer), Dead Meadow- yeah, pretty much anything that's fuzzy and stoner-rock-like.

Beulah has been my summer band for the past two years and that probably won't stop this year. Also, Sloan!!!! The minute I hit June I am blasting their discography again.
