No, Rachel had it right. This may or may not have been a reference to the sesame street book where Grover spent the entire book trying to convince the reader not to go to the end of the book because there was a monster there, and when you go to the final page you just found Grover there again. So following that logic, kieffer is the monster at the end of this thread. either that or a lock.

the first post has the exact wording and almost the exact color of the first page of the book (monster is always red, grover's "WAIT WHAT DID THAT SAY" was tan)
