Entertainment has always exploited reasonably talented youngsters. But at least she's not pretending to have written the drek she sings.

It saddens me that I'm unemployed and apparently unemployable despite two degrees and years of experience in various industries, and yet the reality is that there ARE people who are getting paid gobs of cash for basically nothing. I understand her dismay PERFECTLY.
