I used to work with a young fella, and we were talking about how, when I was young, we used to go down to the PUC building behind my house and jump off the roof. It wasn't terribly high, and we didn't usually hurt ourselves.
He said, "Why would you do that?"
I said, "It was something to do."
He said, "Why didn't you just go play a video game or something?"
I said, "THEY HADN'T BEEN INVENTED YET."
I became OLD in that moment.
