Probably a woman who used to be a man? I'm not really clear on how the anatomy works in all situations there.
Kinda similar. Would you rather learn that your Significant Other had left you for a heterosexual partner or a homosexual one? (Or, if you're already homosexual... yeah you get the idea.)

It wouldn't make much difference to me. But I guess my ego would take less of beating if my SO left me for a homosexual partner. Just a "oh, that's what you prefer? I understand, guys are awesome. Enjoy!"

Would you rather have sex with a stranger and get an uncurable STD or get them pregnant (or get pregnant)? If you get them pregnant (or get pregnant), you have to take care of the baby and stay with the stranger until the child is grown and able to buy a house of his/her own.
