787 for me. 1350 is a good candidate on general merits.

The Theory of Hipster Relativity Strip.  It's still my all time favorite, but it's pretty damn old now.  Maybe redone with up to date art?

I'd like to see a print of the cast at the coffee shop like Jeff had a while back, but ran out and never finished the next design for before it got moved to topataco, it would be pretty awesome to hang on my dorm wall.
