The concept of the super group is forever damned by the existence of not one but two Damn Yankee albums.

Even if you considered Fugazi to be a super group I would have to say that they're the exception that proves the rule. The path that Fugazi took is so different from the dalliances of your typical short lived mainstream super group that one must acknowledge that grouping them together without a disclaimer is absurdly reductive.
