i don't think she uses hair dye, we know she scrubs herself with bleach (when she locked herself in CoD bathroom). that would certainly turn her blond if used in small quantities.

I wouldn't put in past her, but to be pedantic she said she was bleaching her clothes and scrubbing off her skin.
