No, we're actually not.
Because Futurama isn't on Fox anymore.
It's on Comedy Central.

Actually, we are. Comedy Central owns exclusive cable distribution rights, but the show is still produced by 30th Century Fox, which is a joke name for 20th Television, which is itself a subsidiary of Fox Broadcasting Company.
In short, Fox is stupid, they let the show go out of syndication in the first place and now they're trying to hammer the nails in the coffin.

Variety's reported on it, so it seems unlikely to be bullshit. As the article notes a similar conflict occurred with the Simpsons many moons ago, but those actors brought a much better hand to the table, I wager.
