Is it just me, or are they going for an inbred hick motif with the new Special Infected?

I really really hope they follow Die Hard's lead and call this one Left for Dead 2: Left for Deader.

See, in Australia that one was just called Die Hard 4.0, so utilising the "clever" number-letter swap already extant in the game title, if they were to emulate the most recent Die Hard film then in Australia the game would have to be called Left 4.0 Dead.
