great comic. However, I can say that Faye is one of the more annoying characters around.

I have social anxiety and the worst part is before. I'd be just like Marigold, except there would be more scenes of me walking away from the bar and around the block a few times, possibly all the way home to have a panic attack, then back and around the block a few times. When I finally went in and found the people I was meant to meet I'd be completely fine. Even with the cheering. I'd just laugh it off and be okay. Until afterwards, when I'd go into super analysing mode. Maybe. I'm getting better at stopping myself doing the social post-mortems. SA isn't just shyness to the max, it's certain bits of certain situations that trigger it, and you don't have to be shy as well.
There is finally a QC character I can relate to! After 5+ years of reading! Not that I couldn't relate to the others, but they were all so different from me.

EDIT: then again, I wouldn't have spent half an hour dithering in the street....

HAHA, I think it's funny and endearing how Marigold has a crippling fear of bars/strangers. I like where the comic is going.

Does she feel challenged for position as most in mental ill health? (Hannelore doesn't count; she really has been coping so well with her OCD that it doesn't come out much with other people. Animals, on the other hand...)
