what? chicago is midwest and toronto is nowhere near the ocean. east of center, sure, but east coast? not quite.

you don't even know if all of those people want to go. someone should just make a vote, but only for people who would go if the city they're voting for is chosen.
for instance, even if it's here, I already know I'm not going, so I'm not going to vote.
