I would also plead the case that the nomination/seconding of two people is astoundingly dumb- all it needs is the four mafia members to get in early to gurentee that we're never going to get the right person

Which is why we have 5 detectives...? And it's really to prevent a massive cluster@#$% of who wants to kill whom, but ok if the town would like to do away with it, then the Mayor has to agree.
