You can use Mixmeister and set cue points for the tracks where it will automatically alter the end of one track to match the next. It is up to you how long the transition is and it is really quite useful if you don't know how/can't be bothered to match up the BPM for yourself.

Daft pun:
I'll take a look at it, but it sort of sounds like Ableton for dummies. A program that does everything for you isn't what I'm looking for.
