What says everyone to September 1st, 11:59 pm? That gives us just about exactly a week for noms, and I will attempt my best to get the brackets up for voting by that weekend.

Well, Botch's American Nervosa is a great record too but it's disqualified due to being too late nineties and We Are The Romans is generally considered the classic so a good place to start. And I never cared for Minus The Bear either. God Bless Your Black Heart is good but I think Now You Are One Of Us was a big improvement, I'm immensely jealous of the lyrical skill on that album.
I'm glad I only made a list of twelve since I've realised some glaring omissions:
