Ballard:
The trauma of my death led Phil to start drinking, eventually spiraling into manic alcoholism. His liver failed him sometime around summer 2007 and he was buried by his only relative, a third cousin, in an unmarked grave off Route 57, 80 km out of San Antonio, Texas. RIP.
