I didn't really have any awareness of the Winter Olympics until I started playing hockey so fair enough.

Women's ice hockey kinda bums me out though due to the lack of body checking. My hockey instincts are always say that the quickest way to the puck is through violence. Of course, that turned kinda problematic for me when I topped out at 5'8" and had few other appreciable skills, but I still find the no checking thing puzzling.
