is it really fair to describe "since i left you" as mash-ups? certainly its built off samples, but it's with the intent of making new songs rather than amalgamations of other songs - which is kinda the point of mash-ups. i mean, i don't think you can call endtroducing... a mash-up album.

That is why Mash-up is between quotation marks. I wasn't sure what term I could use. Maybe I should've just said that it is just a damn good album, period. You make a good point though.
