I follow you saying corona is a crappy beer, and so it will not taste that much different from other crappy beers yess.
I'd ask what you think is an awesome beer but it will probably consist of mostly stuff from microbreweries and that will make me sad because I think I live pretty far from you, and so won't be able to get them.
no I actually drink Tooheys extra dry because it comes out of the tap cold and is cheap and if you bring a carton of it to a party nobody is going to call you a cheapskate or alternatively a poofter.
What I am saying is that how much beer you drink doesn't necessarily reflect your ability to make distinctions between different beers at all regardless of quality.
For example the other week some idiot hooked up a keg of XXXX to the Coopers Pale Ale line (I guess I would consider that a legitimately good beer, I don't go in for microbrews because I don't have money and also don't really drink beer that much) and it stayed that way for a few hours until someone finally complained. It took about three hours for someone to notice the difference between two beers that not only taste very different, but also look nothing alike.
I'm saying that the vast majority of people do not give a shit about how beer tastes, is what I am saying. It's awesome if you can or at the very least have intentions to learn how though! Pro tip if you decide to become a beer wanker: If someone says they do not really like beer that much, do not insist they try whatever weird micro brew you are into lately before that opinion can be considered legitimate. Nobody likes that guy.
What I hate most about corona is the clear bottles, a tragic choice for a beer that's likely to be left in the sun by dopey freshman.
On the flipside what I like the most about Corona is the cartons are stapled on the bottom meaning that I move house exclusively using them as boxes nowadays.
