Why are F5ers so impatient?
Is it cold in here?:
Whose turn is it to stand outside Jeph's door repeating over and over in a whiny voice "Are we there yet?"?

I live many thousand kilometres east of Jeph, means, living practically in "his future". Timezones and such. You people are nearly always about to get your morning fix... for me, it is every morning waiting until midday - even when he is punctual. ;o). That makes you accustomed to "wait".

But wait, doesn't that put you many thousands of km west of Jeph too, in his past? Then you can just check it every morning, get yesterday's comic, and be good for the day...

Lucky me; I live at exactly the right distance from Jeph that the comic updates just as I sit down at my desk at work in the morning, thus distracting me from doing anything so uncouth as productive effort for another few minutes.

I'm lucky in that I can wait until I wake up and the comic's been up for several hours and I don't have to combat impatient F5ers for server time.
