I never understood the people who say pokemon stopped being good after the first generation titles. Gold and Silver improved on them a ton, and they only continued to get better with each iteration...
The current HG/SS versions look to be the best yet. All the gameplay mechanics from the last DS game, with some new ones thrown in, with all the mechanics and the same overworld from the original Gold/Silver, AND a fully restored version of the overworld from Red/Blue?
As soon as I have money, I'm definitely picking up one of those games.
Instead of playing Pokemon Red/Blue, play the Zelda Oracles games!

the Green version was that an uglier and japanese version of the Blue version, or the Green version that was a GBA remake of the Blue version?
