I can't even express how truly saddened I am by this loss. Maserati made fantastic music, and Jerry absolutely completed their sound.

I read about this earlier tonight on Invisible Oranges. Jerry's drumming on Inventions for the New Season were a very large part of what made that album so wonderful, and between his work with Maserati and his contributions to many other projects he was a singular figure in the NYC indie rock scene. RIP

Saw him when he played with !!!  very talented.  apparently taking a spot as the drummer for Maserati is a bad life decision
