silver mt. zion haven't really been post-rock for the past 3 albums. in fact they've never sounded like the "mogwai/eits/gy!be" post-rock subgenre.

fun fact that nobody asked for or cares about: the only SMZ album I really like is Horses In The Sky.
But I really really really like it alot.

if you haven't heard it, check out the Pretty Little Lightning Paw EP that came out right before that album. it's fairly similar so i think you would like it.
