And thought of another one...the arc where Hanners gets the robot boyfriend and they put Winslow in it.

My personal favourite is how the "bar where you can hire quaint edwardian clothing" recurring joke is eventually transformed into Wil getting hired as a barman there simply because he wears quaint edwardian clothing on a daily basis. It's such an unexpected, hilarious, and absolutely genius, twist.
