It says "are you gonna indecipherable somethingsomething" (I am serious, that's what I read). It says "Are you gonna have" and i get the vague feeling either it's deliberately scribbles from there or the compression simply makes it indecipherable, the nearest thing the characters look like is :-x4UVL '.i_i-awal. If I had to guess the words would be sexual relations.
