Are we doing personal Best Albums of the Decade lists?

The Arctic Monkeys aren't terrible. I just can't think of any reason I'd recommend it to anyone else.

I interpreted it as being a bunch of bands that could quite justifiably be perceived as being overhyped be certain pillars of the alt community
