For the people asking this guy is legitimately homeless. Apparently the radio show guys discovered him during their annual homeless shopping spree event. This is why he is dressed reasonably well. He actually has a facebook account:http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1002210369&ref=search&sid=1673475895.4261540018..1 which seems legit.

I didn't find his creep cover that spectacular and I enjoyed his own material more.
