I'd definatly wear a shirt that said that.
smack that isaiah:

--- Quote from: SleeperCylon on 24 Dec 2009, 11:16 ---Wait, the *average* gamer logs 27 hours a week?! Back when I had no job and nothing to do all day, I maybe played that much when I had a new game I was really excited about, but most of the time it was more around half that. And now that I do have a job it varies between 15 and 0 hours a week, depending on how busy I am. I don't understand how anyone could play the same game that much and not get bored of it.
--- End quote ---
I've had stretches where I played twelve hours a day, always going to bed two hours later than the day before.
Although, admittedly, that was holidays and it was only for a few weeks at a time. But 27 hours a week with (hopefully) a job barely leaves time for eating.
But yeah, the survey begs the question of how a hardcore gamer or gamer is defined. It's definitely not average for all players of online computer games, and it's not like there's a strict divide between occasional player/gamer and gamer/hardcore gamer.
As for the OT, we're a bunch of people posting anonymously on an electronic medium so other anonymous people can read our statements. Weird, huh?

I spent 15 hours one day getting my warrior in WoW from the start of lvl 76 to lvl 79. Would've done it an hour or two sooner had I not taken breaks to go run instances.
Then again having maxed out rested state helped a lot.

But everyone is a weirdo. Don't cast the first stone, and all that...
