That is Joan. I got pissed at Joan in the last one for bitching Peggy out - I mean, I get her position and all, but still. The moment I heard Faye's accent, I was pretty much sold on her, haha. It's gonna be interesting to see how Don deals with Bethany, haha. Somehow, I can see her raising a shitstorm.

EDIT: Wikipedia tells me her name is Jane, played by Peyton List.
